IN-STORE & ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Customers have 10 days from purchasing their item to return it for a full refund to the original payment method. After the 10 days expire, we can exchange your item for store credit in the form of a gift card for the same amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All online orders are processed Tuesday-Saturday and typically ship out within one business day. If the order is placed after 12:00pm CST on Saturday, there is a possibility your order will not be fulfilled until that following Tuesday. Please be advised of this policy especially when choosing local delivery.
We will happily accept online returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please take into account that merchandise must be received back in the store within that window for a full refund.
All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

We love that we can offer our Chicago shoppers an in-store pick-up option! Please not that this is only available during store hours Wednesday-Sunday.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or monogrammed items) and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please be advised that all sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
To make an exchange, please bring your item to the store within 10 days of purchase, and one of our Retail Stylists can facilitate the exchange. If the new item you wish to exchange for costs less than the original item, you will receive a gift card for the discrepancy.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
