Our fit-and-flare active dress is designed to seamlessly blend style with performance, ensuring you look and feel your best, no matter the activity! Features include: built-in bra, built-in shorts with pockets plus sticky tape at leg opening to keep them securely in place, hidden back opening on shorts for easy restroom access, and cross back straps. 
  • Fit-and-flare, mini-length active dress
  • Jersey Active Fabric - Designed with your comfort in mind, the sweat-wicking, breathable, soft stretch fabric allows you to feel your best on or off the court. Plus, enjoy sun protection with our fabric shielding you from 30+ UV Rays
  • Care - Machine wash cold, normal cycle, with similar colored fabrics. Do not store wet. Do not twist or wring. Ironing is not necessary, however it may be ironed at low temperature. Tumble dry at delicate cycle on low temperature or lay flat to dry

IN-STORE & ONLINE RETURN POLICY

In-Store Returns
Please note that we updated our return policy as of February 1, 2024. Customers now have 7 days from purchasing their item to return it for a full refund to the original payment method. After the 7 days expire and up to 30 days from the purchase date, we can either exchange your item or offer store credit.

After 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return and appreciate your understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase via text or email. 

 If you wish to return an item that was exchanged, the original purchase date will be used to enforce our return policy. For example, if you exchange something within 7 days of purchase, and wish to return that exchanged item after the 7 days have expired, you will receive store credit as your form of refund. 

Items on sale, jewelry, and baby apparel and items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. 


Online Orders

We will happily accept online returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags postmarked for return within 10 days of delivery. Once the return has been accepted from our team, we kindly ask that you ship it back to our storefront within 24 hours and send your tracking information via email to hello@batikchicago.com.


Please note that we do not offer free returns.

To be eligible for a return, please email us at hello@batikchicago.com BEFORE sending your order back to us. As, a small business this helps us manage our inventory. After reaching out, kindly ship your order back to us at 3746 N Southport Ave, Chicago, IL 60613. 

You will receive an email from us once we have received your return in-store and processed the refund or exchange. 

Local Pick-Up
We love that we can offer our Chicago shoppers an in-store pick-up option! Please note that this is only available during store hours Wednesday-Sunday.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or monogrammed items), and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
